The City of Faith to be Build
City of Faith is a project conceived thirty years ago as a mandate from Heaven to impact humanity. It is a project designed to set the pace and be a leading private-driven initiative with state-of-the-art facilities that will support the socio-economic and technological transformation of Nigeria in particular and Africa in general. Prior to this, we have been involved in Charity works for more than 35 years touching many lives around us in different capacities.
In education, we have been assisting the less privileged amongst us to get back to school by placing them on full scholarship just to make sure their educational pursuit is unhindered. While some are enjoying our altruistic benevolence in education, others are benefiting from it in area of skill acquisition, man-power development and provision of basic human needs viz: accommodation, feeding and clothing.
As a people who care about the spiritual wellbeing of those around us and beyond, for over 35 years, we have been committed to bringing the good news to humanity in different nations by embarking on outreaches and organization of workshops, conferences and seminars. Currently, we own and operate a Pastors’ Retreat Centre where Pastors and other church workers can comfortably check in and pray as long as they desire in a serene and comfortable environment devoid of distractions.
We also run Fellowship Centres for Widows were they meet to pray and encourage themselves on a weekly basis. These centres afford us the opportunities to share the practical love of Christ with them by providing basic food items, clothing and other items to support their families while empowering them with cash gifts as a start-up grant for small businesses.
The vision behind the City of Faith project is to build a modern City where:
- 1. Quality education will be accessed.
- 2. Food security will be guaranteed.
- 3. Employment opportunities will be created for our young school leavers.
- 4. Security of lives and properties will be paramount.
- 5. Business investments will be encouraged through creation of enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
This project will be sited on a more than 15,000 hectares of land in Akwa Ibom State, an oil-rich and business-friendly state in the Niger-Delta region of Nigeria. We are also negotiating with land vendors to acquire more land. The City of Faith, unlike other cities will stand out and be different in her operations.
In Education, the City of Faith is designed to accommodate schools ranging from the Nursery to tertiary institutions. These schools will be designed to deliver quality education and to encourage the brilliant but indigent to fulfill their dreams.
It is in the plan of the Management that students in higher education (that is Technical College and University) specializing in Engineering Courses will be allowed to work on a part time basis in the factories. This will afford the students the opportunity to gain practical knowledge of their class work while making them stand out as leaders in their chosen field after graduation.

In job creation, the city has been designed in a way that will guarantee zero unemployment rate. This will be achieved as not less than a hundred different factories will be set up in the city in line with our industrialization policy. In addition to the creation and development of the manufacturing sector, the agricultural sector will be greatly developed with state of the art agricultural/farming equipment and the agricultural value chain fully utilized. Job creation through the service sector will be an added advantage.
The additional hectares of arable land to be acquired will be reserved specifically for agricultural purposes where food crops will be planted. This will guarantee food security in the city as the city is designed to be food self-sufficient. The surpluses will be sold out to other parts of the country and for consumption and for export.
The city will provide clean homes to its dwellers. It has also been observed that many people cannot afford accommodation for themselves and their families. It is in our plan that accommodation will be provided for some families who cannot afford it while those who are stranded will be temporarily accommodated in our transit homes for a period until permanent accommodation is made available for them.
The city will also encourage individual talent hunt and development. To achieve this, we will provide a Talent Incubation / Development Centre (Training centre). This centre will have the mandate of hunting for children with special abilities (talents /gifting) in different aspects of life with the view of training and developing the talents for greater productivity.
In addition, the city will promote good family values as it is a known fact that a strong and healthy family is the bedrock of a strong and healthy society and a healthy society is the foundation upon which a healthy nation is built. This City will be constructed in phases over a period of ten years and is designed to be self-sufficient and self-dependent.
At the completion of the project, it will be able to provide job opportunities to an estimated number of more than fifty thousand (50,000) direct labour and an estimated number of more than a hundred thousand (100,000) indirect labour within the city.
